Off topic- but does target have any rule concerning coupons whose value is more than the product? I’ve always argued with cashiers about this but I don’t know what to do?! As long as I have other things in my cart, shouldn’t they take the coupons full value, or at least take the coupon! They told me they can’t take them at all even if they are a penny over 🙁
I signed up for the hip list, and everytime I try to click on the icon in the corner of the post, it comes up and says “The user credentials are not correct” (3011) I checked to make sure I am logged in, and everything seems fine.

So sorry that you are having issues with the HIP list. Can you please try clearing your browser cache and then try to access the Hip List? If you are not familiar with clearing your cache, check out this article:
