    The Valentine’s box was awesome lots and lots of goodies and full size products this one looks like there isn’t much and some of the things actually just look like a few things and some papers standing up.. doesn’t look as worth it. But I will say the valentines day box that Collin posted last time was fantastic lots of full size products!!

    I got the valentine’s box & mine was horrible. Literally looked half empty, had less than half of the products they showed in the picture. I realize not everyone gets the exact same items, but mine just had a couple things shown, nothing else. No giftcards, etc like most people got. My mom got one as well and hers had soo much more stuff. I don’t get it. Customer service was not only crappy but rude too. The only plus- easy to cancel. But save your money & pass on this crap!

    The box I received (in January I believe) was full of expired food and products. I was very disappointed and unimpressed. I hope this is not typical for this company, but I wont be buying again.

    i was Very impressed with my valentines day box. no expired items. loved all the items! also From Feb 22 to March 1, our regular Best-of-Box will be replaced by a special KLUTCHshop Best-of-Box $100 of stuff instead of $50

    I ordered a MENS valentines box received a Woman’s box! Customer service said I didn’t read before ordering that the boxes were “more for women”!! That was dead wrong…I ordered a mens box I expected a mens box. What has happened to good customer service?? This company does not care. I was SO embarrassed and disappointed. My husband was not happy that I ordered this stupid box. I didn’t enjoy anything in the box.

    Interesting. I didn’t read the other comments until just now.
    FYI – when I complained on their FB page about my issue with the Valentine box, they argued with me there, then lied and said they offered me many options to resolve the problem (they never did and I have the voicemail to prove it).

    Then, after boasting about their transparency with customer service issues, they deleted my post and the replies back and forth between them and me.

    Collin, do you really want to refer people to this company?
