   I think I finally got through. Entered all my info then hit submit and it kicked me out. Not sure if it went through. Guess I will find out if it comes in the mail.

   I happened to be on here when the second it was posted, and I was given a form to complete. Now I when I go back to the link it, I either get an error or a thanks for participating page.

    I got the form 3 times and it wouldnt submit – got 504 error, 502 error, and something else. Finally I got it a 4th time and it worked!

    I used firefox and had no issues at all. There’s even a contest you can enter after the form is submitted. Thanks!

  After I click submit nothing happens. Click submit a second time and the screen clears. Not sure but doubt it was submitted.
