I have 2 of these and they are wonderful! I was thinking about getting a third one.
They are on sale for $29.00 at Petsmart, so it would be $19 after the coupon. Not a bad deal considering the litter box comes with litter pellets, pads and a scooper.

Yes, definitely check out Petsmart first. I read a review about reusing the pellets as well…
“Great product. It’s as close to hassle free as possible. This product can be recycled almost indefinitely. Take your old litter box or something similar and drill 15 or so small holes in it. Dump old pellets in it and put it outdoors where it can get rained on. The more rain it gets, the quicker the ammonia will get “flushed” out. Even without rain, the ammonia will eventually evaporate. Then the amount of litter you actually use is only what is discarded stuck to stools. Save up to about 90% and keep it out of the landfill!”
A 3.5 lb bag of pellets is $7.99 at Petsmart. I’m definitely buying this! Can’t wait to get rid of kitty odor!

How much do the pellets cost?

I have this litter box and it’s great….worth every penny!

I’d say I’m very interested with a small catch–we are a MULTI (5+) cat household and every time I try some ‘alternative litter’ I end up with a wet smelly mess. Anybody know if this system works for more than 1 kitty? tia.

I have two cats and one cat box. I change the pad every other day (my older cat is a diabetic so she consumes more water than most cats). I have to say this box changed my life. As crazy as that may sound but, it truly did. I went from cat litter spread throughout the house and disgusting ammonia smell to a nice and clean litter box. I love it! I do pick up the poop once I know it is in the box but so much easier than clumping litter! I replace the pellets and clean the box once a month and replace the pad every 2 days! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

One more thing the manufacturer recommends one box per cat but I am perfectly fine with one box for two cats!

It takes a while for cats to adjust from clumping litter to the large hard pellets. I think we transitioned for about 3-4 weeks before she accepted it fully. Just kept putting less and less litter in her old box with more pellets. Then had them sitting side by side letting the old box get “dirty”.
