I went through with the order and the price did not adjust. I got an email confirming my order and it charged me $14.99. I called customer service and the rep there adjusted the price for me. He said that sometimes the system doesn’t apply the discount. STAPLES: 1-800-378-2753 just in case you need to call.
Thank you Collin and Lino, I called them and had to explain to the rep the 5.00 off was for ordering office supplies over 25.00 not because I got refunded 4.99 on markers. The marker deal says marker of the month sale 50% off which would be 10.00 after promotion. She gave me the 4.99 dollars more after I read her the deal. Thank you!!
