CVS: FREE Health Screenings in April (Over $100 Value!) + FREE Tote Bag and $5 Coupon
Just a reminder…Be sure to mark your calendars now because every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in April, May, September, October, November from 2PM – 6PM, adults and children (ages 7+) can stop by a participating CVS for a FREE Health Screening, including BMI, blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose screenings for adults (valued at $100!) – no appointment necessary. Plus get a FREE nutrition assessment and tips on how to stop smoking.
Even sweeter, you’ll snag a FREE Tote Bag AND $5 off coupon after your health screening just for participating! I’m not quite sure what the $5 coupon will be valid for, so if anyone finds out – please let us know!
Fine Print: Offer expiration dates vary by month. Tote bag and $5 coupon available only after completion of the health screenings. Limit 1 coupon and 1 tote bag per customer. Coupon cannot be combined with any other CVS/pharmacy® coupons. ExtraCare® card must be presented to receive these savings.
(Thanks, I Crave Freebies!)
If anyone isn’t going to use the coupon, can you please pass it on?
Do we know how this information they collect will be used?
I’m also interested to learn if the coupon is $5 off anything or what the restrictions are. Do you have to do all the tests to get the coupon? I have a store near me that participates but only a couple days during the program.
the coupon is for CVS..You can get $5 worth stuff at CVS
health screenings are only being done in large cities.
