I’m 23 and I’ve already tried doing this only to receive this message, “We’re sorry, but we can’t accept your messages or personal information because you don’t meet our eligibility requirements…” so it may not work for everyone.
The other day I didn’t either pay attention that it said 18-24 and mines went through.
There are different age requirements for different states:
” Open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. & D.C., who, as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry, are 18-24 years of age (except residents of AL and NE who must be 19 or older and residents of MS who must be 21 or older).”
