coupon on c.com is for Sally Hansen Salon Insta-Gel Strips nail color while vv is for Sally Hansen Salon Insta-Gel Strips. both are different products. Can we combine these coupons together?

  2. Stephanie

Has anyone tried to use these with the sensationail led lamp?

    • Debbie

Stephanie, I recently bought these to use with the sensationail led lamp. I haven’t done it yet but I believe there should be no problem.

  3. Nancy

It says you may only use one coupon per product. Has anyone used all three coupons?

    • mel.

You’re buying 2 items, using 2 manuf cpns (1 for each product). The video value is a store coupon, which you allowed to stack with a manuf coupon. If not, Collin wouldn’t post these scenarios 😉

I am going to attempt this deal tomorrow!! Can’t wait!!

I just tested this because i was going to out to pick up some dinner.
The manufacturers coupon scanned perfectly, but when the cashier tried to scan the RA video val coupon it beeped. They manually punched it in so i had no problems, but some might experience some difficulties at the register. Also…a friendly tip to those who shop at rite aid: It may be a better idea to have the up rewards print. I had some on my account and it took those first, so my last 5 dollar manufacturers coupon wasn’t accepted. I’m going to change the option tonight online.

    • April

mine did the same thing and she just manually put it in also =)

For those who have used these…is the lamp a necessety or does it just speed up drying? I’ve never done gel or strips….tia

    • Alyssa

Sorry, I meant to reply to you instead of posting a separate comment. Anyway, it looks like you do need the lamp in order for these to work.

    • Elise

There are different ones that don’t need a lamp, they are under $10 at RA. Look for a display that has $2 off coupons (Collin previously posted about it.) You could buy 4 of those kind to get the deal, they would be around $4 each, depending on exactly how much they are. Not as good a deal, but could be better if you have Ups to use. 🙂

There is a little note on the box that says “Must use with mini LED lamp.” I was excited about this deal but don’t want to have to invest in the lamp. 🙁

Anyone have tips on removing these gel nails? I love the look, and that they last about a week (for me), but getting it off is SO hard. I have bought the pure acetone but you have to soak your nails in it forever. I bought the remover tool but it scraps off at least one layer of nail.

    • Susan

Try calling Sally Hansen customer service. Tell them how much trouble you’ve had and ask if you should be doing anything differently. If they say no, explain that you like their product with this one exception and it’s a shame they couldn’t make them so they could be removed easier. If they don’t have a solution for you, it’s good for the company to get product feedback and sometimes they will send you free coupons to keep you as a customer and maintain good customer relations. It would be a win-win either way. HTH.

I’m having trouble loading the video. It says it’s not available. Is this happening to you?

  10. Michelle

To get them off, put pure acetone on a cotton ball, place it on the nail and wrap the tip of your finger with tin foil, (or something to hold the cotton ball in place). Wait 10 min or so, the gel should come right off. They key is to keep the acetone on for awhile. Trying to use it like regular nail polish remover won’t work very well.

Where can I purchase the lamp & how much are they??? Thanks

    • Meg

I saw the lamps at rite aid, I think they were $20.
