Got the e-mail saying I will receive a $10 e-card. I was being patient and waiting to see what happened. Glad I didn’t fly off the handle over something as silly as a $1.97 cardboard car!
I would have been just fine with the markers (they were still half the normal price, right?) – and now we get free markers AND $10 – nothing to complain about here 😉
I ordered 3 sets and received only the markers yesterday. Today I got the following email from Wal-Mart: Unfortunately, there has been an error with the bundle you recently ordered on our site. One or more of the items you selected was unavailable, and we are unable to send you the missing item(s). We apologize for any inconvenience, and want you to know you may keep the other items from this bundle free of charge and we will issue a full refund. You will receive a separate email with your refund amount within the next 48 hours.
I ordered 5 of the bundles and got an e mail saying they will ship the markers ,free of charge, and refund my payment and send me a $10 walmart card. for my trouble…Thats a great deal too
Walmart emailed me before I had a chance to call the 800 number to complain. They said to keep the markers and they would refund me 100% plus give me a $10 ecard for my next online purchase. This turned out to be a win win!
I just received my email with the subject heading…. You have a Wamart e-card from Walmart.com customer service. However, my email does not have any content. Did any one else receive this from Walmart not enclosing the E-gift card?

I just got my refund for the bundles. The e giftcard and markers showed up yesterday.
i got my $10 egift card yesterday & just got an email today saying that my “shipment” has been delayed 2-3 weeks. (& just lists the crayons/markers) so maybe i’ll still get those like others did as well….we’ll see! happy with the $10 though! 🙂
I am STILL going through hoops to be refunded for the markers. I refused them at the door, so I never received them, but was still charged. This has been going on for TWO months now:-(
i replied to their emails and paid via paypal. i had a couple email run arounds, but got it straightened out. good luck.
