    • liddy

      Thanks!

Anybody know if they are better quality than the Old Navy ones? The Old Navy ones get messed up faster from the bottom.

    • Mar

same but here is what i use them for; lodging around the house, swimming, river and yardwork. If I want good flipflops to go out I invest a little more 🙂

  2. Danica

I like these better than Old Navy, honestly!

Thanks for sharing! I seen a craft on pinterest 🙂 ….

    • Samantha

Are ypu talking about the flip flop summer wreath? It’s cute!! 🙂

      • Samantha

You…can’t type on my phone lol

        • mom2trewife2vic

No. Some replaced the plastic thong with a pretty fabric, added jewels, etc. A wreath would be too far for me. 🙂

          • Mar

Absolutely; I had a friend that was a pro at that and made alot of money! She used fabrics to jazzy up the sandles she even taught me how but I forgot :)!

      • mom2trewife2vic

Just saw the wreaths you mentioned. It is cute. 😀

      • Samantha Booker

Another Samantha here. lol I am going to try to do the flip flop wreath for my twins’ 1st birthday next month using a pool noodle as the base (taped together with packing tape).

    • Amber R.

I was also thinking of letting the kiddos personalize them with flowers, jewels and what-nots!

      • mom2trewife2vic

Great idea! I hope they have enough sizes/ colors!

  4. amber

can you get these online? or only in-store?

    • Amber R.

Under the pic above it states * In-store only. Limit 5 per customer. While supplies last

      • amber

how did i miss that HAHA thanks Amber R!!!

        • Amber R.

          No problem 😉

  5. Melissa

Does anyone know what brand the flip-flops are?

    • Ashley

I am guessing JC Penney’s brand.

  6. Teresa

why is everyone going crazy over this. Kmart has had flip flops for $0.79 for the past 2 days, no limit on how many and no fighting. people are silly sometimes

    • Amber R.

In my opinion anyways Kmarts flip flops are very cheap quality compared to JC Pennys.

      • Stacy

I think they’re ALL cheap!! 🙂 It doesn’t matter where they come from. My feet, legs and back would be numb after 5 minutes in those things. Spare your kids the life long medical bills and spend the $ on some good ones with a little support. Following Collin’s deals, you should be able to score a deal on something better…. 😀

        • Cannielle

          Totally agree!

          • cathy

I looked at all of the flip flops offered for girls at jcp.com. Prices are $4-24. Most are completely flat like in the promo. Some have 1 inch “heel.” None have arch support like you suggest that I could tell. Which flip flops would you recommend for a girl that offer arch support at jcp.com?

            • Miriam

You can’t buy quality flip flops at a place like JCP. Great flip flops are brands like Reef and Teva that are well built and have arch support. (They have a wide variety of summer shoes/sandals too like water shoes.) We have a great local shoes store that sells them or I can go to major adventure/outdoor stores like REI. Since they’re quality shoes, high-end stores like Nordstrom carry them. The price is probably the same everywhere. Only Zappos and Amazon may have them for a few dollars less. (Check there to get an idea of how tey look, reviews and price.) Stores like Nordstrom and REI will have an amazing return policy even after they’ve been used though (Nordstrom any reason and REI if they break).
I like cheap flip flops too though. They don’t bother me so I’ll be picking them up if I’m at the mall! Otherwise, it’s not worth a special trip though.

            • Jen

We love flip flops made by crocs, they have great arch support and cushion and are anti microbial, so they never get stinky, which is fantastic for my stinky footed lil boy! 🙂

    • autumn

I only can find one pair for boys that is .99 cents are there any for women at .99 cents?

  7. Katie

Is this for kids’ flip flops too?

    • Katie

Duh, just saw that it says ‘kids’ on the picture. 🙂

    • Jennifer

Yes. At the bottom of the ad it says women’s, men’s and kids. 🙂

  8. tia

We live near the beach and go all year. Flip flops get lost often so I only buy cheap ones. Can’t beat K Mart’s $.79.

  9. Mar

I don’t have a K-mart so I have to have depend on good sales! I frankly don’t like Walmarts!

  10. Amber R.

Woo Hoo! Got sandals for my whole family this morning! They had tons to choose from at my store, and plenty of colors, Thanks Collin!! 😀

  11. Cheri

    is it only for today?

  12. Em

They still have boat loads of them at my store today. Didn’t buy any- not a fan of flip flops.

  13. me

    when is it over

  14. rebecca

I just visited the store last Thursday and the dollar flip flops for kids are still going on.
