I was able to *finally* get it to come up. I was having a lot of problems with IE updated the zip code. I had to finally change it, close my browser, clear the cache, and then try it again. It worked. It seems that every time we learn a way to change the zip code, they learn to block us from doing so! :/
Oh well. I hope this helps someone out there!

It’s one per transaction. If you buy two in the same transaction you will receive only one RR
but can you do it more than once?

When I purchased a box of Kotex my RR did not print out. The manager told me it was because I used a manufacturer coupon! I politely told her she was wrong and she ended up giving me the RR.
I had a similar issue. They rung up as $5.99. I showed the clerk the sale price of $3.99 in their weekly ad. She manually adjusted the price but I lost out on the register rewards 🙁
