I was looking online for workouts I could do at home, and came across this “channel” on YouTube called “BeFIT” that has a huge selection of full length workouts you can stream for free. There are options to upgrade for a fee, but you certainly don’t have to. I started doing the Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred, which is currently in stores to buy. (I think this one is up for a limited time, but it’s free right now!) I have bought workout DVD’s in the past, but I certainly won’t anymore now that I know about this![/h2s_box]

Head on over here to browse through all the FREE videos available!

(Thanks for the heads up, Darla!)

Also check out bodyrock.tv on Youtube and their website (www.bodyrock.tv)!! It’s entirely free and SHORT workouts designed for people with little time in a day- 12 minutes is all you need! I love these workouts because they produce a great result in little time and are really modern and cutting edge!

I liked Bodyrock back in the day… though it’s still good. I prefer ZuzkaLight on Youtube. Zuzka (or Zuzana) is the co-founder of Bodyrock.tv. She still does 12-20 minute workouts like on bodyrock.
