It’s a dollar per gallon. With that said, it’s $10 for a 10 gal, $20 for a 20 gal, etc! Since aquariums can be very expensive, this is a really good deal 🙂 I just bought a 10 gal one for my Axolotl! I think Walmart is cheaper for aquariums. Some still sell the complete Whisper brand kits. It comes with the filter, hood, aquarium, heater, and some other random things. This sale at Petco is just for the glass aquarium and nothing else. The other stuff (Filter, hood, etc) can get pretty expensive. I recently saw the 55 gal. kit for $76. The 10 Gal. was $25
I was about to post the same thing – the filters, tops, lights, heaters, etc. can get really really pricey. I have however bought all of my fish tanks at PetCo during sales, but I usually find a tank that is sold with at least the hood and light if not the entire kaboodle, and just replace the filter with one I want 🙂 I did find a ton of dog jackets on clearance at PetCo, perfect timing since we just got an 8lb doggie! I got winter coats for $12 and $5, and two hooded sweatshirts for $3 each. Yes, my dog needs coats LOL!
