    I’m really not a fan of this ecard because sometimes it will not take the “free” coupons off and also if you have a hard copy q that is say $2 and the ecoupon for only $1 it was automatically take the e q and not let you use the higher value q. Any one else run into these problems with the rewards card?

      I’ve not had a problem with it taking off free items though I’ve only tried once. If you have a higher value hard copy coupon just go on the site and remove your ecoupon before shopping. Thats what I do.

      I love the rewards e-card! I love the free items but that’s probably because I haven’t had any trouble redeeming them (yet). I did run into the issue of having higher value Q’s than the card but the best thing to do is either remove the card prior to purchase or make a separate purchase without the card.

      Mine Does not take either anymore (i’m in ft.meade, MD)…. they don’t take “free” coupons anymore…. next time you go to the commissary grab one of their coupons policies booklets and its in there…. :T it was a huge bummer for me…..

      If I have a paper coupon I want to use rather than the ecoupon, I ask the cashier to scan the paper coupons first and then hand over my rewards card to be scanned.

    We have had no issues …yet…..with redeeming the free item coupons but that is all I load onto the rewards card as I do not shop otherwise in the commissary because I find our store most of the time does not have the best deals. I just get my hubby to pick up the free items after work before he heads home.

    I haven’t had any issues either but I usually print out the list of coupons I have on the card, and then ask the cashier to verify at the end.

    The thing that annoys me about this card is that it doesn’t take the coupons off until the very end, unlike the Kroger’s and other cards that take it off right after the product is scanned so you can easily tell it worked.

      I agree. When I first used it, i kept my card items for the end to make sure they were grouped together and asked the cashier to verify they worked. I too bring a print out of what is on there and circle the ones I am trying to use.

    Tried to use it first time this morning and none of the 4 coupons I loaded came off. They said they are not responsible for anything that happens at the store and I have to call customer service. I called right then and they said they have no record of them scanning my card. My cashier def scanned it and nothing happened. She also said sometimes it will display offline on the receipt or computer and that did not happen. There is no rhyme or reason as to why my coupons didnt come off today. I am very discouraged with this being my first time. I actually also got the variety in the picture of each coupon just in case it came down to that I knew Id have the exact kind/flavor. Next time I will do those items alone before my actual order. They said the terms explains they are not liable for the systems not working correctly at the store. FABULOUS! I returned all 4 items after purchase.
