That link worked for me. Unfortunately, even after using three email addresses (granted only using one street address), I kept getting a message that my email address was already on file and the was a limit of one sample per household.
If you’ve never gotten a sample before, this link should work.

I tried this, but it said I had already received a sample and it is one per household.
I used the “byebye” link posted above and go thru. They send an email confirmation after requesting a sample.
I used the byebye link as well. Got the form, was able to fill it out and submit, but no email confirmation.
I had this issue as well. I filled the form out, but I haven’t received an e-mail confirmation yet (and I checked my spam folder).
It worked for me using byebyetoothpain.com/ but in Chrome. Firefox wouldn’t work.

I think I know what happened: When we first saw this post as we are always fast, and read really quick, we went to the post. I saw a place for my e-mail and signed up for news alerts, and that is why they already show my E-MAIL….. Shame on them for not providing the proper link.. Oh well…. Thank you for posting Hip2Save! 🙂
