some of the banana boats are not triggering the gift card. I did two of the cool zone for 7.49 each, had 3/2 man coupon, 2/2 target, 1/1 banana boat. And the cartwheel.
so after the 5.00 gc they were 1.99 each which is not bad.
Same thing happened to me with the cool zone but they just took $5 off my purchase so it worked out to be the same. Also my banana boat coupon beeped even though it was the correct product but the cashier pushed it through.
Can I use a $5 Target gift card I received from a promo last week to help pay for this deal? And then will I still get a new $5 gift card back from the sunscreen deal?

Yes you can use a previous target gift card. I do this all the time. I just save my gift cards to use when another offer is out with a gift card.
Got this deal today. The same thing happened to my Target coupon in that it wouldn’t go through, but the cashier pushed it. I was so frustrated because Cartwheel would not load while I was in the store. It said it was overloaded. Lesson learned that next time I will print the coupons before I go so that this doesn’t happen again. I bought the sunscreen anyway because we will need it but was still annoyed that the Cartwheel wasn’t loading.
I’ve had that problem too then one of the employees said, “Just use our wifi”. I had no clue that they had it and sure enough they did and then the app worked! So next time your in see if you can connect with Target’s wifi.
According to the ad, this only applies to the SPF 50 cool spray, not the SPF 30 I bought…. Still a good deal with the coupons though!
After Giftcard I guess I gained 2 cents. I payed $4.98 for 2 bottles. I had the 3/2 from paper, 2/1 from target.com & guess the register printed a 3/2. Had the 5% cartwheel but guess that didn’t take anything off.
I’m not trying to spoil your good deal, but for future reference, you probably should have told the cashier not to use the 3/2 that that register printed. You already had manufacturer and store coupons for both your items, so other than cartwheel, you really weren’t supposed to use any more.
Beware of the Banana Boat Brand—I always have issues with the Spray Bottles leaking or not working right–maybe it will be different this year—anybody else have this problem? Last year I got all my banana boat practically free at Target after coupons and giftcards, but swore that I would never buy this brand again. I think the Target brand sprays the Best and never leaks!
Are there any computer savy people who know how to install the target coupon printer. after many times of successfully using these coupons it tells me I have to install the coupon printer. I have tried multiple times on 2 different computers. any thoughts?
Having the same problem. I’ve been searching all over the Internet to try and figure out what I’ve been doing wrong. I’ve tried all the “fixes” that people have mentioned and no luck.
Okay i think i can help, when you go to get the printer read all the details. It should say what to do for your computer.
Download the coupon printer. Be sure to “save” it to your desktop and not to a local directory. Do not directly “run” the installer after it is downloaded. Instead, once you have the file saved to your desktop- close each and every window you have open. You should not have any open applications at all. Now try double clicking on the installer file on your desktop and going from there. I am crossing my fingers for you!

I purchased the two Cool Zone 50spf and I received my gift card. I used the Target Q of $2/2 & the $3.25/2. The register prompted the $5 GC and a $3/2 MQ Banana Boat came out at the end.
The after sun lotion was not included in the $5 GC sale at my target in CT. Boo!
