I’m not getting the B1G150% price-is there a code I need to enter somewhere?

  2. Jess

Sorry for the stupid question; I figured it out. Thanks, Collin! I love Dr. Bronner’s soaps. 🙂

  3. Em

I use this stuff for everything!

Can you get this price if you didn’t previously have a gold card? I know you get one with a $10 purchase, but will your new card number apply to the first order as well?

    • mariel

It gives you the gold card price in the cart automatically 🙂

  5. Melissa

Just bought the lavender yesterday at Fruitful Yield! If I didn’t have a 16 month old running all over the place I would take the time to order this. Oh well!

  6. Michelle G

I’m not getting the buy one get one 50% off either

  7. cathy

I think I’ve seen this at $10/bottle elsewhere, I could be wrong though.

I’m curious about these soaps, I have never tried them, what makes them different?

    • Lauren

I’m curious too… are they really worth it?

  9. Lisa

Hmmm, did the price go up? It says 16.99, not 11.99 🙁

    • Colleen

The member price says $11.99. The regular is $16.99

These soaps are great to take camping because they are biodegradable. I highly recommend washing with the Tea Tree variety if you are going to be in an area with ticks. Ticks do not like the smell of Tea Tree Oil.

These are castile soaps. They are plant based (olive/coconut) and very good for people with skin sensitivities. I am now making my own liquid castile by melting down the bars and adding water, but I have used the Dr. Bronner’s liquid to make my own laundry detergent (google “recipe” using liquid castile) and also use it to make baby wipes. Cut a roll of Viva paper towels in half width-wise, boil 1 1/2 – 1 3/4 cups water in the microwave (about 5 minutes for mine ), let cool for just a few minutes and add a squirt of the castile. I prefer the tea tree because it is an antiseptic. Once the soap is added, pour over the paper towels. Let it soak in, remove cardboard tube and place in a round plastic wipes container or clean coffee container. We save a lot of money by making wipes and it is much better for our twin sweeties! I even bathe my babies with the unscented liquid castile, you just have to be careful because it is not tear-free.

You can use a teensy, tiny bit of these in a foaming hand soap dispenser (like the Method ones, or any made specifically for foaming soap). Just put in a little bit, fill the rest with water, and you’ll get all kinds of foaming hand soap. You can also use them for dishes, laundry, or as a body wash, but that’s my fav. One bottle will make enough foaming soap to last you practically forever, so you end up saving with a one time investment. I bought four bottles, so we should have practically a lifetime supply! Thanks, Colin!

They are great for everything! Just look up “homemade cleaners.” They are safe for children, pets, and the environment. Bugs hate the peppermint too. Just an FYI, the peppermint is very strong, but you only need very little so once it is diluted, it isn’t too bad. Also, we just recently tried it in our carpet steam cleaner and it works better than the store bought stuff minus the harsh chemicals. And we used less than a quarter of the bottle!

  14. Sarah

Is this available in store as well?

  15. ella

I got two peppermints because they are only still available but other ones are on the back order.

  16. Katie

Still works today, just ordered 2 bottles.

  17. JennZee

I don’t see the BOGO – is there a code?

  18. Stephanie

Works on the Baby Mild version of the bars too!

  19. Joanna

Anyone know when this sale ends

  20. Darcey
