From my understanding SavingStar ecoupons are manufacturer coupons and cannot be stacked with other manufacturer coupons. That is considered piggybacking and a coupon no-no.

Do SavingStar eCoupons stack with in-store discounts or manufacturer’s coupons?

SavingStar eCoupons will work whether or not you combine them with other services’ coupons, but they are not intended to be used this way. Generally, manufacturers state that it is against their policies for shoppers to redeem more than one manufacturer’s coupon for the same purchase. Using in-store coupons in combination with SavingStar eCoupons is not a problem. Using coupons from other services in combination with a SavingStar “One or Many” deal is not a problem.

In the future, we may implement mechanisms to limit the combination of SavingStar eCoupons with other manufacturer coupons.

I was just coming on here to post what Ashley did. I have always thought that SavingStar is fully compatible with paper coupons but a few days ago I saw SavingStar’s official policy (taken from their website). That is what Ashley pasted above. It is still possible to stack, but not really ethical. I am guessing Collin didn’t know this (just as I had no idea until 2 days ago), because she always tries to do the ethical thing in couponing. Just wanted to point it out. Major bummer, as I’ve always loved that they could stack in the past:(

Oh, I wanted to reiterate though, as it says in Ashley’s comment, that it IS okay to stack manufacturer coupons in the “one or many” deals. So, if you buy one box of Cheerios, you shouldn’t use a coupon and get the SavingStar money, but if you do one of the deals where you have to spend a certain amount to get the reward, you can totally stack.
