Our photo books are stitch bound (not glue bound), allowing you to flip pages and spread the book out flat without having the binding crack. Glue bound books often come apart especially in hot climates where the glue melts.

Just a heads up this company is not in the US!! I spent days making christmas gifts and proceeded to checkout to find my credit card wouldn’t work for international charges!
i never had a problem and ive ordered from them a couple times. and ive ordered glasses from china as well, never had a problem. i have a visa and visa debit card. must just be your card!
Yes, the same happened to me, I just used another card. Some companies have that restriction built in to the card, I believe you can call to have it lifted for a brief period if need me.
The other thing that happens is you might be charged a surcharge on your card for using it out of country. This always happens to be when I order from them. I use Visa.
I have ordered multiple time from them and use paypal…no need to worry about international charges that way 🙂
How are the photo books from ArtsCow compare to shutterfly?
Shutterfly is much better. Artscow has nothing to compare with Shutterfly. Last time I ordered 7*5 photobook for 0.99 cent, the photo is very faded not as sharp as Shutterfly. My credit card is charge a few cents for international transaction
No problem here with faded pics. The variety with Artscow far surpasses anyone else. Their price cannot be matched!

I have not ordered any books from them, but I have ordered photos printed by them that were fabulous!
I have ordered a photobook from them before and the quality was horrible. Very grainy and even lines in my photos that were uploaded with a high quality. It make be worth a couple of bucks if you don’t mind poor quality. I’ve also gotten a photo ornament and again poor quality.
Okay– I must say that this is the MOST difficult photo book program to use. I hate it. I spent about 45 minute and have decided it isn’t worth it. Shutterfly is much easier and some of the other sites are okay too, this one–nope!

I have ordered multiple things from them, and have been happy with the quality. I loved their cosmetic bags, and so did my sisters! I have no experience with their photo books, and their stuff does take a LONG time, but I order knowing that and am okay with it.
I have not had trouble with my credit card, but I did with another company (that was in Israel). My bank stopped the transaction because it was out of the company (they called to tell me that they thought that it was a false charge). I just used PayPal instead.
