This is only for the newsletter. There is no mention of a coupon even after you submit the form.
When I did it it said to expect a coupon in 6-10 weeks..

Mine did that too so I just guessed and did name, street address,city, e-mail, phone number and then it went through.So I guess we’ll see if it actually worked 🙂
