   Where is the submit button? Can’t find one when you input your info.

  you can reduce the page view and see it. ex: in Firefox go to View menu at top, then Zoom, then Zoom Out.
  Another way is to click any where on the webpage, then Ctrl plus – (the minus button).

  I had the same problem, just hit enter and it will submit your info.
