This is such an awesome printer! I just got one a few weeks ago (at Target it is $150!!) and I love it. If you are looking for a printer- this is a great deal!
I was told at a coupon seminar that ink jets are good on ink, and that you can replace the color ink that runs out, rather than the entire ink cartridge. I have an HP desk jet 3050 and use it to print via all my iPhones and iPads. Are you able to print wirelessly, and do you find you’re replacing your ink often?
Does anyone know of a good bargain on a printer that is similar to this one (all in one, fax, etc,) but is a color laser printer?
I’m interested in a laser printer too for all this couponing. Hope someone drops in with a laser bargain or two!
Epsom has a chip in their cartridges which make it unable refill your own ink. Just FYI…
I’m looking for a printer that I can print from my iPad/iPhone……trying to make my mind up if this is the right printer for us :-/
We purchased an Epson Workforce 2540 recently and have added the continuous ink system which is SO MUCH CHEAPER than buying cartridges OR toner. My friend who prints a lot of coupons turned me on to this. I see that this printer can be converted to that as well (see: https://www.amazon.com/Workforce-WF-3520-WF-3540-printer-Continuous/dp/B00A99FS4U). Now, it does require some patience and a little bit of technical ability to install these but they come with videos and step-by-step instructions. I no longer have to worry about conserving ink. I have had two color lasers (an HP and a Brother) and those are both out of my house…both leaked toner in a short period of time and each cartridge (keep in mind there are four of them) costs an arm and a leg.
I actually have this printer that I bought 2 months ago at walmart for only $80 everyday price!
Walmart has the WF-2520 for $89, but I couldn’t find the 3520. Thanks for the continuous ink link, i never heard of that before.
