Wow! If you’re a fan of Centrum Flavor Burst Vitamins, you may want to hop on over to your local Walgreens Store for a potential great deal! As you can see from the picture above, my sidekick, Mary, was able to find several 60 count bottles of Wild Grape Centrum Flavor Burst on clearance for only $2.24 each (reg. $8.99!). Even sweeter, you can score these for FREE if you have the $3/1 coupon found in the 6/2 RP.

Even if these Flavor Burst Vitamins are not marked on Clearance, be sure to have the cashier price check them for you as you may be surprised to find them ring up at this clearance price. In fact, check out the email that I received from Hip2Save reader, Heidi…

[h2s_box]The Centrum vitamin flavor burst (wild grape) is on sale/clearance at walgreens for only $2.49 ( 60 ct) and $3.21 (120 ct). I paired it with the $2 off coupon from Centrum website, and it came down to only $0.49 each. One important thing is there was no clearance sign – it was stated at regular price at $9.99 and it just rang up at $2.49. I discovered this deal by accident. It has happened before when I saw a deal through hip2save, went to store and it was regular price, asked cashier to ring up and it came to clearance price. I got 4 and they are all the same flavor ( wild grape), so I am not sure if the other flavors are on sale as well. I hope this helps. [/h2s_box]

Come back and let us know if you find this same clearance deal at your local Walgreens!

(Thanks, Heidi!)

Dang! My stores have had them at 4.50 and 5.99 the past 2 weeks and no one has bought them so maybe they reduced the price again! I hope so!

  2. des

hopefully, they have enough for tomorrow so I can get it w/ the 15% friends and family coupon…

If you have the $3 coupon then it won’t matter bc walgreens doesn’t allow overage and they will adjust it down.

      • Monica

what do u mean…they dont allow overage but will adjust it down?

        • heidi

If the product is 2.24 and the coupon is $3 off they have to change the coupon amount to 2.24. This just means they have to manually enter the coupon into their computer which they CAN do even though some of the cashiers don’t know how..

Just went through this today with the phazyme, after the walgreens book discount it was $1.99 and my manufacture coupon was $2, the cashier had to adjust each one of the coupons down to $1.99.

            • heidi

Yep, I love when I get a cashier that knows how to adjust and I don’t have to wait for someone to come over and show her or when they try to tell me they can’t take it because it’s higher than the product.. sigh

If you buy more than one and have only one coupon, the overage for the first rolls to the second. I did that with Depends a few times. Used a $3 coupon for 2.60 and then used the 2.00. Both came off full value.

    • Shelby

I’ve gotten the 15% off coupon before in email. Haven’t received it. Do you already have yours Des? Where did you get it?

  3. Ashley

They were $2 each at mine. I was able to get 3 free using 2 $3 off coupons!

  4. Brandy

Found these on clearance at Walmart for $3 too!

I wish Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS etc. would just add a price checker in all the stores. It would make the customers lives so much easier.

    • paula

CVS has the magic machine and I LOVE it, you are right, wish all the other stores would get one too, would make it easier on the customer and the reps.

      • Shelby

I’ve always heard of the magic machine but didn’t know it was also a price checker, just thought it spit out coupons. Am not a CVS shopper, not one in close proximity. Thanks for the info Paula!

    • heidi

      I agree!

    • Amanda

One of the Rite Aids I frequent has a price checker in one of the aisles (pretty well hidden), but the smaller one doesn’t have one. And all the Walgreens I go to have price checkers. They are just not as obvious as the big red one that CVS has at the front of the store.

Just checked. Regular price at my Walgreens. I had the cashier price check. I live in PA.

i found this vitamins on clearence at cvs a few weeks ago 🙂

My wags has the 60 count for $3 and the 120 count for $4, which was a great find. My cashier informed me that she couldn’t imput both of the coupons on the Phazyme, it would have to be one or the other. And the oatmeal squares was a B1G1 free so it was a definite no. It was a bummer shopping day!

I got a sample in the mail and thought they were overly sweet. Not what I want in a vitamin!
