How Does it Work?

You can earn points by earning top awards as a result of providing meaningful responses in discussions and participating in discussions daily.

2.) Answer a few polls (click on Quick Hits) to help brands target you by your interests
3.) View Opportunities and participate with the brands and offers that interest you
4.) Earn status, rewards, and charity – the more you do, the more you get, the more you give!
How do the Rewards Work?
You’ll be able to redeem your earnings in the following ways…
*Earn Points – For every 100 points, you’ll earn 1 entry into the monthly drawing where you’ll have a chance to win a gift card or other prizes.
*Help Charities – You can choose to help your selected charity
*Free Products – Some activities will also offer free products and other goodies
Also, the points you earn determine your “level” and each level you obtain gives you privileges on the site and showcases your accomplishment. However, keep in mind that points and dollars are completely separate in Crowdtap. Points will help you level up, unlock badges, and compete with your friends while moving up the leaderboard. Dollars translate to real money and can be redeemed for Amazon gift cards or donated to your selected charity. Individual actions can earn you points, dollars, or both but points and dollars are not directly related to one another.
If you are a current Crowdtap member, what has been your experience?
I think Crowdtap had changed the way it offers party opportunities and sample shares since it switched to its new dashboard and such a few months ago; every party and sample and share is not openly accessible for every member any further. With that said, good luck everyone!
I agree. I have actually not gotten any sample and shares since the switch, fewer monthly rewards, but more parties. I have mixed views about the new Crowdtap.

I got that as well. Odd, huh? Crowdtap just isn’t what it use to be!
Invitations to join this went out to select members that they have chosen based on demographics and other things. If you are not active in this brand and don’t tap regularly I doubt you would have gotten an invitation to join this party but good luck anyways.
I wish it would have been open to be- we are thinking of switching to Verizon and this would have pushed us over.
Also on Crowdtap you no longer earn points that you can redeem for gift cards you earn points and for every 100 points you earn 1 drawing entry and you have the chance to win a gift card/prize.
I agree that Crowdtap is less intuitive since they switched over to the new points system, but if you’re super-active you can still win gift cards. For the past two months I’ve two $5 Amazon gift cards each month – obviously it’s not a guarantee that you’ll win every time, but it’s incentive to keep going. 🙂
As for the sample and share stuff, I think they select people based on demographics but also how active they are on the site. I was a fairly active user for about a year before I got selected for a sample & share, and the first one I got was for a smartphone so I’d say it’s worth sticking it out!
