I bought a few thirty one items that fell apart almost immediately after purchase. Tee customer service is horrible. If you goggle thirty one bags fall apart you’ll see tons of the same problems. Even cheap it’s not worth it. I do the arts cow stuff that has my kids photo and its cheaper than these and photo personalized. Right now arts cow has 3 items for $10 which includes makeup bags that I use as diaper bags. They’re very good quality and doesn’t even compare to the thirty one junk.
I had the same thing happen! Had my bag less than a year, threw it in the washer for spring cleaning and it came out with a huge seam tair at the top! Cs said see consultant and her responce only 15$ off new bag ick no thanks. They are cute but not quality for the price
I have been a Vera Bradley fan for years! But now they are also getting cheaper and more expensive!!! What is our country coming too! Yet you can go to an antique store and find kids toys and kitchen wear and purses from the 30’s-80’s that are still in working condition!!! Do you notice that the only people on here saying the company is great are the once trying to sell it themselves!!! I will not buy a Thirty one product its worse the the quality at Walmart!

I have used thirty one items for years . Have yet to have one fall apart. We use lots of them at the barn.
I had a customer say this once, but thirty-one has worked really hard on this, and the bags withstand A TON now! We also have a great return policy, and customer service is awesome! I’m sorry you had a bad experience!

Worst site ever!!!! I had one item in cart then immediately checked out and it then said it wasn’t available. I tried with the same item 3 different times and each time it let me add it but when I got to the final checkout stage it said not available. This was less than 15-20 seconds. Good luck to everyone else.

Thanks Colin – I just bought a small organizer tote that I have wanted for a while now. I also got one + a matching scarf for my husband’s godmother. She is a wonderful person but she is really hard to shop for! I think it will be cute to fill the tote with goodies I will get on the cheap with coupons and have the scarf tied on to it as well. A nice gift that won’t cost too much!

Spent the whole day just trying to get one of the organizing utility totes – even had one in my cart at 9am this morning and it was taken out. Wasted way too much time just to buy one item – is this the only time you can get these items discounted or do individual consultants ever sell off some of their demo items? I have to be honest, but I refuse to buy Thirty-One because EVERYONE around here carries it and it’s all the same looking stuff. There’s no individuality. Four women I work with all have the same lunch bags. And, our area is saturated with consultants and it’s obnoxious. It’s also too expensive for the quality.

I bought a bunch of things from the last Thirty-One outlet sale in December. When I received my package, I had several items missing and one that was wrong. When I called, they told me there was nothing they could do about it but refund my money. I told them that I ordered those for specific presents for people and needed them ASAP, but there was still nothing they could do for me. After asking for a manager I was told that they have no control over the inventory and there was no way to replace the items that were missing and fix the item that was wrong. I explained that this was unacceptable that they were selling items that they didn’t actually have in stock and got the manager to admit that it had happened to other people as well. He finally agreed to send me regular items to replace my missing ones but told me not to tell anyone that he had done that for me. I can’t say I would recommend ordering from this outlet sale.
that outlet sale had a few glitches, but I know they worked really hard to improve that! 🙂
FYI, the sale actually ends at 3a.m. EST on Saturday. You have it listed as 3p.m. And it looks like it’s a limit of 31 of each item per customer, not 31 total items per customer (although I bet they don’t even have that many left).
