That is a great deal. Thanks for letting us know about the sale. And 3-M’s are fat free, right? So, they are almost “good for you” food.

Too bad… They aren’t far free!

Oops… Crazy devices! ….meant fat free!

They say Available at Walmart will CVS accept them?

    • mel

All cvs stores are different, so best to ask yours. mine will accept it since it says “available at” but if it says “redeemable at” or has another store logo, they won’t.

My Wags accepted the M&M coupons yesterday even though in 2 places they said Available at Walmart. Although, cashier had trouble scanning them without taking the portable scanner out of it’s cradle.

Hopefully, the dates on the 3M are better than the M&Ms. If I get a chance, I’ll politely tell them to remove the expired M&Ms from their shelves ASAP.

Walgreens would not accept my M&M coupon because it said ‘Availabe at Walmart’. I explained that it did not say ‘Redeemable ONLY at Walmart’. Didn’t matter; they wouldn’t accept it. Took it to Walmart to ‘Ad Match’. They tell me they can’t do a price match and use a coupon. I tell them I don’t want them. They ended up scanning the coupon and it took, no problem. But they really didn’t want to do it. Hardest I worked for two snack bags of candy! 😉

They most certainly can do price match and take a coupon. You tell the walmart cashier she does not know what she is talking about. Last week I used a $2/1 Almay makeup and makeup remover coupon to buy makeup remover that was $1.14. The cahsier (A Customer Service Manager) told me I Could not use a coupon that was valued at more than the item. I laughed and said, your kidding right? I asked her if she was really a CSM and said yes you most certainly can and that if she would like to ask another CSM she was more than welcome too. She thought I was crazy but was very surprised to learn you can and it’s something called overage!
I sure wish I knew how these cashiers/CSM’s were being trained. I have yet to find 1 that knew anything about accepting coupons.

I’m a bakery associate at Wal-Mart and I’ve had to correct cashiers, CSM’s and managers at my store AND other stores about the coupon/ad match policy because they either don’t understand it or don’t know it exists or they interpret it incorrectly… it’s a real headache, especially when they think they’re above corporate and don’t have to abide by the policies if they feel you’re being difficult or making them look unintelligent.
