I bought my daughter 5 suits at CPlace for $15 last week! Is this $5 for top and bottom or separate?
The girls’s suits come as a set- the women’s are seperates
For those of you who do the Snap Appy, have you been having trouble with the “snap 5” coupon. The barcode have not been showing on my phone for weeks now. Anyone of you have the same problems?
I am facing the same issue…no bar code on the coupon which makes it difficult to redeem.
IZZY, YES! I thought it was just me! Then the people at Old Navy said it probably was never there to begin with! I felt horrible. They have always been there before, but suddenly, there is no barcode or number for them to enter. Just says “Show this code”. I HATE dragging my kids into the store, finding things, only to have the barcode not be there. 🙁 Such a pain!
I have been having the same problem for weeks now too. I received a snap 5 this morning and still no barcode. So frustrating!
Maybe that’s a marketing strategies to get us into the store and not being able to use the coupon. So, some of us would buy something anyway. Hope they will give out the “snap 5” coupon soon.
Me too! I tried to use my snap yesterday no barcode. It was very frustrating and embarrassing and they were pretty rude too. I found online that they fixed the problem and you just need to reinstall the app. HTH! 🙂

Nope reinstalling didn’t do anything for me the barcode still isn’t showing.
I have called customer service in store about this. They called the manager and gave him a code to give me $5 off. Keep calling!!!
Really… Some managers are quite rude when coupons are use. Did you use it on an item or items that was exactly 5 dollars. Last time I went to old navy the manager refused to let me use it on an item that is 5 bucks.
The manager was very helpful at my store! He overrode it in the system even though there wasn’t a barcode! My item was a five dollar item, and he said that it was a great deal!
Just tried the snap appy and the barcode came up on the snap five. Hopefully it is fixed for the rest of you.
I had that occur weeks ago on a Friday. I tried again the next day (Sat) and the barcode showed up
Yes!! I went this morning to use my snap five. I spent 40 minutes in the store and the clearance was the same at it usually is. Even though the signs say up to 75%. The barcode did not come up on my app and I was told if it didn’t come up they couldn’t give me the $5 off. Ugh!
If it excludes one pieces and tankini’s does anyone know what it includes other than bikini’s?
That’s about it- tops and bottoms for bikinis. I work for Old navy- they have run this sale before a few years ago. They’re trying to clear out of the inventory they have left.
Any hopes of having anything for us plus size gals??
There should be! Also, it seems that some of their products are vanity sizes. I’m normally a 12, but there are a few pants that I’m an 8. And I fit into a Large, but sometimes a Medium.

i got a snap five FINALLy after weeks of trying and it said underneath… $5 off 25?! it was definitely a snap 5 tho because they gave me a different $5 off $25. anyone else having this problem?
I had problems with the Snap Appy a few weeks back with the barcode not being there. I haven’t tried for awhile and I tried today and the barcode came up! I tried a few hours ago so maybe they finally fixed it?
Does anyone know if O.N. does a ship to store option? I’m not seeing it available.
