There will be a Zebra coupon $1/2 in tomorrow’s SS, making each pack 50 cents.

    • Jill

In Omaha, NE, no Z-Grip coupon. Got 2 SS inserts. bummer. They are my Favorite pens for sure! I wonder if it was a regional coupon? sadface ;-(

    • Tammy

can these be price matched at walmart? The zebra pens..

  2. paula

I still have the coupon for $5 off $30 and it says runs through 7/28 so I will be using it tomorrow for sure, lots of good deals!

    • Samantha

Can you use that plus the paper coupons and still get the rebate??

      • Karen

yes,but your rebate is only good for how mush you bought an item for.

  3. Sandi

Is the b1g1 colored paper a great deal? All 4 kids need to bring in colored paper, should I buy now or wait for a better deal?

    • makaylaisabel

Hi~ here it’s a 500ct ream for $9.99 so $5 each. It’s okay especially if you are using a $5 of $30 or something . Do you have an Office Depot nearby. They have $2 reams of 300ct better deal and if you dont like them, ask at Staples and they can help you find the item to match this price. I just matched the rolling cart a few weeks back and it was easy 😀

    • Julie

I got a pack of pastel paper from Staples a few weeks ago for free after rebate. If you still have a while before school starts, you might wait and see if the deal comes back again. Staples has also been putting out extra coupons that make items free or really cheap to go along with the sales. Check the Staples’ coupon page tomorrow and see if there are any additional ones.

Hi, I have never tried shopping and using coupons in staples. Can somebody please tell me how can I get a good deal if I want to buy an hp ink? Which coupons can I use or stack together? I have a $40 egift card I got from groupon awhile back that I would like to use. School’s gonna start soon and I’m gonna need it for my assignments. Thanks in advance!

    • Miriam

Staples’ ink prices are horrible. Be sure to check Amazon before you buy at Staples, because even with the GC, you might be better off buying on Amazon. :-/ The only thing you can do to get a good deal is wait for a $5 off $25 coupon to come in the mail or a $10 off $40 coupon to be mailed to you. You could also look to buy one of those $10/$40 or $10/$50 coupons on eBay. It’s probably too late to take advantage of this now since you want your ink soon, but they do give $2 for each cartridge or toner you turn in so you could let your friends/family/workplace know you’ll take them to be recycled for them. Those turn up as Rewards a couple of months later.

      • Nica

Hi Miriam, I’m not a member in staples that’s why I don’t think they will send me those $/$$ coupons in the mail. I used to get my ink in Amazon but because I have the staples GC I wanna try to get the ink from there but I still want to find a way to save. Thanks for your help I’ll try to check if ebay has those coupons. =)

    • Samantha

I’m not sure if there’s a good sale this week, since our HP printer just broke, and I use a different brand now. However, I used to buy all of my HP ink at Staples, and I can share what I did. Maybe it will help you. 🙂 I looked for total purchase coupons (i.e. $5/$30 that Staples releases every few weeks or so) and an easy rebate or rewards back on an HP ink purchase (such as $10 back on a $50 HP ink purchase). Also, not sure if you have it, but Staples had a 10% Off Ink and Toner Savings Pass available a little while ago that is valid until May 2014. I used that as well to save even more.

Also, make sure you take empty cartridges back to Staples for recycling. As long as you’ve spent $30 on ink within the past 180 days (or on the day you recycle), you will get $2 back in rewards per cartridge (max of 10 per month as a base member). Sometimes, they’ll have a promotion where they double it to $4 per cartridge. I used to use those recycling rewards to purchase more ink. Hope this helps!

      • Nica

Hi Samantha, thanks for taking the time to answer my question. I will sure try to do all that you said. I think they have the $5/$30 coupon still valid however I read the fine print and it says that it can’t be combined with the ink and toner savings pass. About the empty cartridges, I heard that you need to recycle atleast 10 cartridges in a month in order to get the reward.

        • Samantha

No problem! Some coupons do exclude being combined with the savings pass, but not all do. (Or maybe they will start saying that all the time now! I hope not!) I’ve recycled less than 10 cartridges in a month and still gotten a reward, but maybe it’s changed. I haven’t recycled any in a few months! I did make the mistake of not buying $30 worth of ink before recycling last time, in which case you don’t get anything.

          • Samantha

I was curious, so I just read the fine print on the $5/$30 coupon I have, and it says, “If applicable, scan Savings Pass before scanning coupon.” That makes it sound like they can be combined, but I guess you’d have to ask an associate to make sure. It does say not valid on the Ink & Toner Savings Pass, but that just means you can’t use the coupon to buy the pass. I also noticed that this particular one excludes HP ink anyway. Not all of them do, but Staples has made a lot of changes to their rewards program lately, so it’s possible they’ve made changes to their coupons, too. Even without the coupon, there are a lot of ways to save! Hope you score a good deal! 🙂

            • Nica

Thanks, I sure hope I can find coupons to help me save. But I noticed most of the coupons they offer excludes the hp ink and I wonder why even the 20% discount they offer sometimes.

  5. Brandi

do you have to spend 5$ to get each item..so 15$? also if I just spend 5$ is there a limit on how many i can get of the 1 cent items?

    • Ashleigh

Just $5 to get any of the 1 cent items (or multiple up to the limit).

  6. Ashleigh

Does Staples pricematch OfficeMax’s 1 cent deals with $5 min. purchase?

    • mia

Not sure if they match 1c items. They did price match .25c item for me. I brought in the flyer and the manager changed the price. He also took the Office Max’s coupon…

  7. Sarah

    Hi,

Just wondering if I can stack a 5 off of 30 coupon with the cleaning supply coupon….I need to stock up on Lysol wipes:).

  8. pam

Can I get these items online? Same price? Thanks

  9. Nikki

There’s a $1 Purell coupon in the SS today that can be used making them $1 ea!!!

  10. Amy

If you are buying the Puffs 3 pack, there is a coupon packet inside with some nice high value coupons.

  11. Darla

Hi! I’m sure this is written somewhere, but I cannot find it. Is there a limit to the easy rebates? I wanted to get some paper as we are out, but wasn’t sure of the limit. Thanks!
