This is not worth it in the bay area of CA! We made the mistake of doing this last month and it was an hour and a half wait! Line went through the mall pretty far! We will never do this again. I couldn’t believe I waited an hour and a half for some lil Lego toy. Toys R Us Lego Events are a better way to go at least where I live.

I was wondering that too! I could probably be there about 5:30…
They start handing out little picture cards around 5pm and that ensures that the child does get to build one and they may run out of then by the time you get there. These Lego store activites are very popluar and even though you may get there right at 5pm, your wait could be LOONG. Once I had us in line around 430pm only to have my kids finally build at 7pm. I would rather pay for the set than wait.

It is while supplies last. At 5:30, there will be a line outside of the store still, so you should be good there. Later than that, I would just call and see if they still have kits available, we’ve been there as late as 7:00 before and been fine.
