Sorry if this is a stupid question. Tomorrow I am going to Target and I see the V neck tees are on sale for $7. Can I buy them tomorrow and then get the difference back the next day if I come to customer service? Normally i wouldn’t do something like that but I don’t live near a Target and I happen to be going to one tomorrow.

I would not do that. You will be using Target coupons and it has been my experience that they will not give the price difference because you paid less than what they are on sale for.
If you use cartwheeel and/or Target coupons, it reduces the return/adjustment value because of how it is deducted from the receipt. Manufacturer’s coupons do not, however, effect the adjustment value. Some stores are willing to work around that by calculating the difference and manually entering it in, but not all. I would recommend asking the front end manager or a guest service team member before trying it. If you can’t find what you want during a sale, you can always get a rain check for it from someone on the salesfloor or at guest service.
I found these lace tanks on clearance last weekend for $3 and used that $3 off $15 purchase to get them for $2.40. I’m a tankaholic and couldn’t has it up

You need to pull it up on your phone, then after you sign in (can use facebook to do so) you browse the coupons. Click and ADD the ones you like to your “cartwheel.” Then you will have a unique barcode on your phone to show the cashier to get your $ off.
