Does it work to buy it ahead of time and then do a price adjustment?
It’s not preferred but I have done a price adjustment in the past when something goes on sale within a certain time frame. I bought this exact same train track last month with 40% off and then $10/$40 purchase and it still was more than $20. Guess it’s worth taking back to TRU to get the price adjustment =)
The train set is not in nearby toysrus inventory… Is it possible to buy that in any other way or from other stores for the same price?
While it was a great deal, it was sold out across my city by early this morning. I suspect, there were very few in stock, if any at some locations.
Got one! It wasn’t marked and was in its usual spot in the store.
My store had 4 of them bear the front of the store, not marked. I was there right when they opened the doors.
Picked one up this morning! My son is crazy about trains, and I know he will love this! Just found a train table in excellent condition on Craigslist for $20- perfect gifts from Santa!
