This is something that always confuses me. Am I able to cash the check at the bank or do I have to use it in Staples?

    • Richard

You can use it at Staples or cash it at the bank. I have done both.

    • Craig

no! these you can cash at the bank! Thats the best part of it being “easy rebates”!

    • Morgan

Thanks for asking! I was wondering too! 🙂
This seems like a much better thing than other office store rebates (for my family), because there normally isn’t too much we need, so we could use the rebate elsewhere! Awesome!!

      • Craig

Heck yeah! Staples rocks when they are the easy rebate type!!

  2. Craig

My questiion, since I haven’t printed these off yet, is it for 1 or 2 reams each?

    • Richard

2 for copy paper, 4 for Pastels & Photo.

      • Craig

        Awesome thanks!

      • Jo

Do you have to print the coupons multiple times then if you can get more than one? Last time they only let me get one of each. Thanks in advance.

        • Beth

Read the small print under the coupons. It says that each coupon is limited to one per customer. So you can get the sale, but only get the free one with one coupon.

          • Jo

Actually I went in already when they opened and the manager gave us two of each item with one coupon for each thing and said we can get 2 of each item per household since that is what the rebates state in AZ. She said to just tell the cashiers they need to double the coupons when you want to get the maximum. It printed the rebates out for all 6 items (2 of each Collin listed above).

            • Craig

Took your advice and after some hesitation/confusion from the clerk, I said, check w/your manager. Low and behold, it was good to go. Whew. Thought I would be walking out w/1 of each. Now I see the HammerMill might be a 4 limit if Im reading this receipt right. Hmmmmn?

I did this last time … love free

  4. Caitlin

Great way to make use of the Staples Groupon I got a couple months ago! 🙂

  5. JJ

Pretty awesome! I was so focused on the ten pack of Staples copy paper for ten bucks on Friday that I forgot to use my coupon for the free Hammermill Paper. I’ll definitely be printing this off and heading to staples before I start my drive home for labor day weekend! 🙂

The past few weeks they’ve had one coupon on the coupon page and another coupon in the online ad. Though they were limit one per person, they were different codes and could be used to buy 2 of the reams for free. Anyone seeing those coupons in their online ad this week? In TX and not seeing it here. If you find it, please post the zip. TIA!

  7. Allison

I bought 4 of the HammerMill Copy paper last week. Can I buy more this week?

    • S

Yes! I do it every week! It’s a new rebate offer every week!! Love free paper!

      • JENNA

Thanks for the info! I just started buying paper last week thinking you can only do the rebate once the whole time they’re offering it.

What is the OOP on these products? I might be missing it, but I don’t see the price anywhere?!

    • KS

Assuming it’s the same throughout the country (which I think it is), the copy paper is $6.99 (rebate is for $3.99, coupon deducts $3); Photo paper is $9.99 (rebate for 6.99, coupon deducts $3) and pastel paper is $8.99 (rebate for $5.99; coupon deducts $3).

  9. Kitty

Can I do four transactions since the coupons says one per customer? Thanks!

    • JENNA

Last week the cashier let me use 1 coupon for all 4 reams in 1 transaction. Today a different cashier said the coupon states “1 coupon per customer. Each item purchased can only be discounted by 1 coupon.” So it just depends how the cashier interprets that. I let the cashier know I had no problems with it last week and she kindly reentered the coupon code 4 times for each product with no errors! Hope it all works out for you!

  10. JENNA

Thanks so much for keeping us posted with all these BTS steals!!!

  11. Brandon

Tried to use the coupon and the lady just stared at me. She didn’t even know how to enter the coupon code and the scanning didn’t work. On my way to complain the corporate for the employee’s lack of knowledge.

  12. Amber Martinko

Thank you so much for posting these Staples deals! I saved so much money on back to school stuff for the kids and got free paper!! Even the cashier couldn’t believe how much money I saved! LOL! And that was before the rebates.
