They are great! You get the crunch of regular chips without all the fat! I love them.
They also taste great when you dip them in plain fat free greek yogurt. Yes, it sounds gross, but trust me it tastes great. It has the same texture as sour cream and is a great combo. You can also add in a French Onion Soup seasoning packet to have a low calorie and fat free dip. Try it….
