I have a question about the “free 2ct+ refill wyb starter kit” target coupon…. Does that mean I can get the 4ct for free since it says 2+? I was at target yesterday and the starter kit was around $7.50 and the 4ct refill was around $9.75. Seems almost too good to be true. Plus stacking that with the $2/1 3ct+ refill coupon and the $2/1 starter kit coupon makes it $3.50 plus tax for the starter kit and 6 refills! (Kit comes with 2 refills)
