Be careful with this company. They’re well-known for cancelling orders and poor customer service. I had a problem with them cancelling my order a couple of weeks ago.
I have had the same problem with them! They cancel orders all the time–not happy with their online shopping at all!
That’s a shame. I’ve always gotten great service in store. If you live near one, sign up for emails and text messages. I regularly get $50 off $100 coupons. There’s one out now. Although I don’t think you can use them on yellow dot clearance.

ordered three matching shirts for the kids yesterday. this morning got a email that one of the shirts is not available so I called and nicely asked them to take the other two shirts off the order. they refused since they “cant make changes to the order once its been placed.” seems they make changes only when its advantageous for them. 🙁

It is still working for me. Make sure your total is over $20 after the 20% discount and type in all caps. When you enter the free shipping code, does it give you an error message?
