I have a question. i just bought towels from Kohls on Sunday. The apt 9 ones and I am having a hard time getting rid of the towel fuzz on the dark brown towels. I have washed them a good 6 times and their is still fuzz lint on them. Any suggestions or anyone have these towels?

I just wanna share something cool I learned last night. So you know how sometimes cashier’s ask for your zip code. I always thought that was kind of dumb. But here is why:
The zip codes in your area that gets the MOST requests are the ones who get the $10 kohl’s coupons in the mail the next month. So give them those zip codes! 🙂

Being an assistant manager at Kohls for almost 7 years I can tell you this is absolutely not true. Cashiers ask when you slide your credit/debit card and only then. Its a security measure. That is all.

Hmm. I was told that by the Store manager. Oh well guess we will never know why some get the $10 kohl’s coupon and others don’t.

lmbo. I am constantly running into this phenomenon. There is no consistency when it comes to what Kohl’s managers say. Don’t feel bad Ashley. I run into this all the time. I just wish they all would get their info straight. Would make shopping in K’s much more pleasant.

ROCK10 is not taking anything off my R&R merchandise. When I take the code off, I actually save $2 from my order. I don’t get it!

Oh last night I had such a problem… If I would have done this hours earlier it would have worked no problem! Now they are showing up at a high price when added to the cart (about $4 more per pair). I called and had them price adjust on the phone, but then the promo code was not coming off correctly. She said it wouldn’t apply to shorts because they are not “jeans”. Then they were saying that there is an error with the code and it only applies to 37 specific items. I argued that there is nothing in the description that says that restrictions apply and that I can add it to the items in my cart that are $4 more expensive than the advertised price without a problem. Long story short, after an hour on the phone, they could do nothing for me except give me 20% off the items in my cart. I did not buy anything and sent a lengthy email. I’m glad I tried again just now cause it went though without a problem now. One of the things I wanted was gone, but oh well. I’m just glad they fixed whatever problem they had last night!
