I had the survey. It asked all kinds of questions about trying the dual temp mattress cover. I didn’t realize until I saw the Smiley360 page on FB that you have to drive to a Sleep Number store and try a dual temp mattress cover and then you receive a card for a free dual temp pillow. I thought it was actually the mattress cover so I’m a little bummed about it. A pillow would be nice but doesn’t help when my whole body’s like ice and my husband’s is dripping with sweat !
I got this one the last time around. The cover is reallllly nice, but way too expensive. Wish they were giving it away. The pillow was worth going to the store for though!
I got this one months ago. Is this a repeat for different regions maybe? The pillow you get in return for your time is amazeballs, though. If you’ve ever used a contour pillow in the past this one beats the pants off it! And when I was on this mission it was limited to the first 500 people who went to the store and then shared their opinion. Not everyone got the pillow. So don’t wait around to get to the store by the mission’s end date. Do it right away.
I had this but to review this you actually have go to sleep number store try it (mentioned somewhere is survey). I had filled survey and they will let me know if I will qualify for this or not.
This seems to be broken, have tried the survey like 4 or more times and can’t get past a certain point
Is anyone else having issues with the survey?

I was able to take the survery. You cannot use IE version 8 or lower, as stated above.
Got this last time(maybe 2 months ago or so). Got a free Temp Contour pillow. It is amazing! My hubby is so jealous so I let him borrow it some nights! Hope others get a chance to try it! You will truly be addicted!
