Can anyone tell me… How healthy are these??

    • Mel M

Here’s the fact for the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut:
      Calories: 260
      Fat: 7 g Sat Fat: 2g
      Total Carb: 41g
      Sugar: 21g
      Protein: 9g

I guess it depends on what you need them for.

My kids are ski racers and these are perfect boost before a race or practice. I wouldn’t eat them for a daily snack though. Pretty high in calories and carbs.

  2. Luda B

They are high in carbs, better suits for athletes, to give them energy during the activity.

  3. Becky

Generally high in sugar and carb and have some saturated fats. Sounds like a thing for someone who does high intensity workout( ie athletes/ marathon goers). Wouldn’t eat like a snack.

  4. Luda B

Just grabbed three boxes and they are on sale. I am in PA.

Great way to stock up and send to your loved ones who may be serving in the Military or currently in Boot Camp/Basic Training!!

Also a good snack if you’re looking for a vegan option.

They make a very good breakfast. I usually have one every morning. They have lots of vitamins in each bar and they stay fresh for a long time.

Are you guys finding these in the regular granola bar aisle?? We love these for races and hikes but all I saw at my Target were little boxes of the kids Crunch a Cliff bars 🙁

    • Jean

Try near the pharmacy area (by all the nutritional bars and shakes).

I went down to Target in Silverthorne, CO today and they weren’t marked. I bought some anyway because my husband loves these for a mid-afternoon snack at work. I was reading through this post and saw people saying they got the deal even though they weren’t marked, I checked my receipt and I got it!! Now I’m totally bummed I didn’t get more. 🙂 That’s what happens when I shop with my kids and don’t pay attention.

Didn’t work in Houston, TX:/ The six count boxes were on price cut for $5 (regularly $5.89) and the 12 pack were still $11.79!

  21. Jen

Not on sale around me either. They had the gc promotion, but they were still $11 each.
