I had be shopping at Payless more when they had that rewards program and you received an extra 5% on top of whatever sale was taking place. But after replacing my 5 & 8 yr old’s shoes within months due to such wear and tear, it is not worth it. Their shoes tend to be $19.99 upward, that adds up.
Just so you know, payless will replace shoes that are defective without a reciept providing they still have the shoe and you have to get the same size. I have done it.
I agree..you think you’re getting a deal but they’re not as comfortable for their feet and are ruin within a month.
Does anyone know if you buy two pair regular price to get B1G1 50%, then the 31% discount apply to one pair only both pairs? The calculation on their website is very strange, can’t seem to make math work. Thank you!

In fact when I add the code, my subtotal is $45, but then my grand total is $55??? it has .31 for shipping, but somehow its just adding $10! and My total really Should be around $30! Help!
Same thing happened to me too. It showed the discount and then on the final pay screen, the 31% wasn’t on there. I’m on hold right now with Payless.com customer service to get my 21.00 credited back.
Never mind, called the store, it’s for both shoes if anyone wants to know. Also, if you order two exact pairs, the 31% discount may not work properly, I had to call them to adjust the final price for me manually. Be sure to check your total before you place your order.

I tried placing 2 pairs in my bag and the discount wasn’t showing properly. When I added two pairs of the same shoes separately, it worked. Both pairs are regularly $19.99. The fist comes up at $13.79, reflecting the 31% off. The second comes up $6.90, essentially 31% comes off first, the 1/2 price for the BOGO. Only works on non-sale items. I went through Fatwallet for an additional 6% cash back, also.
Darn! I just spent $60 there today.
They have free shipping to the store, so you could technically buy the same shoes to duplicate the order and return with original receipt.
This deal would save me about $10 over a different promo I utilized a few weeks back when buying two pair winter boots for my kids. I’m wondering is it worth my time and energy returning everything to the store and reordering on-line today? Figures! I think so!
