I have ordered from this company twice and will NEVER order from them again. Beware. . . . . . . . yes the fabric is very soft however, the sizes shown are “approximate” according the the email I received and not all blankets are the size as stated. Very disappointed with this company. Here is part of the email explanation I received from them from my last order. “We at Bebe Bella Designs sincerely apologize for any miscommunication or dissatisfaction occurred. Bebe Bella Designs takes great care and pride in the design and production of each of our products. Please be aware that all sizes are approximate.”
same thing here my crinkle toy was 4 x 4 not 6 x 6 in as stated. no where did it say size approximate. I would not have ordered a 4 x 4 in tiny toy like that had I known. it was nicely made though.
Same here! I thought it was just me but when I got it I thought it was much smaller than anticipated! Disappointing but nicely made.
I myself was surprised at how small the crinkle was I ordered on an earlier deal where it was free but you paid for shipping. I have to be honest though I don’t remember looking at the size or if it even stated it but I figured it would be washcloth size. I do love it, it is super cute and can’t wait for the baby I am giving it to use it but I do not feel it would of been worth paying full price for.
Agreed, their products are oh so soft but customer service is oh so bad! They don’t answer the phone or call back in a timely manner and my emails were ignored. My order had the wrong blanket but by the time they got back to me the one I wanted was out of stock. It’s such a bummer
Unlike C I Love my blankets from this company. I have ordered 5 times. Both of my kids will only sleep with their toddler blankets and we get tons of compliments on the adult throw. I buy shower gifts from them too.
Anyone know how much shipping is on two?
I have ordered toddler blankets, smaller blankets, and an adult sized throw and been happy with all purchases. All were purchased using Hip2Save codes though, I would not have paid full price. My daughter is napping under our big soft adult throw right now 🙂
