Oh I see. When I add 2x of forks, knives and spoons to my basket it cancels out the BOGO but if I checkout separately for each item it works.

They offer free shipping if you order over $99. I got free shipping when the pre-discount amount was over $99; the actual price was $42.

Thanks! I was able to find the same pattern we have been using for 10 years and replace a few spoons that may or may not have accidentally gone into the garbage disposal.
