Was the 2014 Betty Crocker calendar offer posted on H2S
previously? I ask because I am getting the message “Our records indicate that someone in your household has already redeemed the offer.” Huh? I got the 2013 calendar last year without any problem… BTW, have tried in both Chrome and IE and have emptied the cache in both. Makes no difference – I’m still getting the same message.
Maybe try logging out and back into your account?!
If you ordered the Pillsbury calender, you won’t get the Betty Crocker one. They are all part of General Mills, therefore you can only order one calender.
I was able to order both!

Fran, Vanessa, and Dawn – I appreciate your replies. I ended up posting a message on Betty Crocker’s fb page. The company responded and advised me to call customer service, which I did. CS told me they could not check on whether I had successfully requested the 2014 calendar or not so it wasn’t much help. I guess I’ll know in about eight weeks…
