Home Depot and Lowe’s accept competitor coupons, so you should be able to use it there. You shouldn’t try using this at ACE, because they would make almost every item on sale, and the coupon is only for a regular priced item. We went there once and wanted to buy something that wasn’t marked on sale (about $15), but we found out it was on sale at the register for like $1 off, so we couldn’t use the 50% coupon. So instead, we got seeds that were like $3, and used the coupon.

Can you use it on toilet paper if tp is reg price?
Yes, I used it on dog food once. I got a huge bag that was regularly like $29.99 for $15.
