I just ordered some boots for my 5 year old. You know what gets me? The so called list price. Really $69.99? I think the list prices are really off and just meant to make people believe they are getting a super deal. I don’t buy it.

The exchange policy really irritated me! I ordered my girls coats last year, on a good sale, and they were to large so I kept them after being told by customer service if they still didn’t fit this fall they can exchange them for me in a different size. Well they still don’t fit so I called and was told they cannot xchange for me because the style of the coat changes every year even if it’s the same name of coat! I was shocked. Sure, i can return them and get my money back but still. I would have exchanged then when they had other sizes in that coat instead of waiting to see if they would fit this fall. Lands end is great quality but sizing is large. So one of my gils is wearing a hand me down that needs replaced and the other I ordered a squall at near full retail price because they are great coats and we have to hand our coats down (we have 4girls). But I wish I was given the exchange promised if they still didn’t fit.
That being said, squall parkas are the best and we love their squall boots.
