I ordered the jacket and a cardigan totaling to $50 before the code. Adding the code brought it down to 32.50 plus tax with free shipping. However, when I got my confirmation email my total charged to my card was $53. They removed the promo code from the order. I have emailed customer service and am waiting for a response. Anyone else have this problem?

I checked my order confirmation. It was $34.xx, same as total at check out. I don’t think the code was good on “every day value” items. If you ordered any of those, maybe that was part of the problem.

last time you posted these coats, I snagged 2 of them. I’m SO happy with this purchase! This is probably one of my favorite coats I’ve ever had! Fits well and flattering! I actually purchased it in 2 sizes because I wasn’t sure what would fit. Then, I loved it so much that I went and exchanged the one that was too big for a different color in the store.

I had a problem with the code not showing the adjustment. I called customer service and while they were on the phone with me placed the order. They were prepared to immediately adjust the amount but their system showed the code actually did apply – it just didn’t show on my end. Just a heads up!
My daughter grew out of her North Face that looked similar to this puffer jacket, so I was excited as she needs a jacket like that that is similar in warmth. But a lot of the reviews say the quality is down from last year with this jacket, that it’s not very warm, and actually lightweight and flimsy. I want to like this jacket and buy it but now I’m on the fence!
