how do we get the shoprunner shipping to activate? i only see where it is trying to charge me full price for shipping.
When I bought costumes on clearance it wouldn’t let me use shop runner. Only on regularly priced items
I didn’t have an issue using shoprunner with it. the Login was at the top of the page though.
Its only for certain products, you have to look for the logo. I filled up my cart only to find two products were eligible. I don’t like shop runner for that reason and will not be purchasing it again next year!!
Shoprunner doesn’t work on clearance either.

Shoprunner will work if that item is eligible, but a lot of things aren’t, just depends on what your purchasing I guess.

Theres tons of great items to make gift baskets for sports fans! I snagged quite a few .99 items for this purpose, things that are regularly $5+ in store. Also I decided my 2 boys who have birthdays within a few weeks of each other are going to have an Angry Bird party because you cant beat .09 for 8 plates, etc!! Even got them birthday shirts to match the party for $1.99!!

Shoprunner worked for the Angry Birds slap bracelets and dog tags in the original post, but that is it for me on Angry Birds merchandise.
I didn’t go thru Shoprunner. My free trial of it was up earlier this year & I didn’t renew. I just paid $7 shipping on my order. I saved like $1.05 with the coupon code, even though all my items were on clearance so I have nooo idea! My total was around $41 shipped.

I am so bummed 🙁 i need that cat pinata for a party and a few other things but can’t get shop runner to work… Not eligible on clearance items.. I was able to checkout using Shoprunner and used the 20% off code. I bought three items in the clearance section. I was logged into Shoprunner before I entered the site. Not sure if that made a difference.

I just talked to a live representative from Celebrate Express/BuyCostumes/Costumes Express, and she claimed that Shoprunner is not eligible on ANY sale or clearance item. This doesn’t seem accurate, seeing as Collin is pretty thorough and dependable in terms of posting deals. The item I wanted was even listed on the Shoprunner site as eligible :/ What a headache to deal with such an unprofessional company whose representatives have misleading info. I’ll try emailing Shoprunner, I guess.

Shipping is cheaper ($4.95) on their sister site birthdayexpress.com and they have the same clearance prices! Not all of the same products are available, but a lot are. I scored all the same collegiate items for the same price as buycostumes.com, and even found better pinatas! Shop runner, unfortunately, still doesn’t apply to clearance, though 🙁
