How does the Cartwheel Savings work?
Easy! Sign up via FB or email. Add offers to your cart. I think you start with 10 or 12 slots, but as you earn badges, it’ll open up more slots. If you don’t have a smartphone, you can print your unique barcode (it’ll never change, no matter what offers you add/delete). when you ckout, give your cartwheel to the cashier ~after all other coupons~ and it’ll take the % off on the offers in your cartwheel.
If you have a smartphone, or even a tablet with wi-fi, definately download the cartwheel app so you can add offers while shopping.
Used the dress one yesterday on a cute black dress like the one pictured. It was on clearance for 50% off, $13.98 plus 20% off with cartwheel.
On the other hand, I picked up a bunch of the elf gift sets (I needed lip gloss anyway and these seemed like a good deal) and did not have this added to my cartwheel.
Be careful with the elf lip glosses. The $10 lip gloss set that comes in the white box is deceiving. It looks like a lot of lipgloss (7 colors), but the tubes are half empty and you have to squeeze and squeeze to get the product out. The three packs of gloss, which feature larger tubes, are a much better value as the tubes are full or almost full.
They also have 25% off circo luggage for those traveling. Got my little ones a monkey and owl roller carry ons for $15 each

You can’t use this cartwheel on clearance items. It states it as part of the details…
Even though it states that, it almost always works on clearance. I’m sure some people will argue what is ethical but it works.
Yea most of the offers work on the clearance items! Some might say unethical but in my opinion you’re not gonna put it on before your trip then take it off in store plus if your buying one reg price item and one clearance item for the same offer they can’t only make it come off one item so while it’s not supposed to work I don’t see it as misusing a “coupon”
Also the limit is 4 one spot items discounted 20 percent.

I got this offer yesterday and today and used it for my kids teachers gift. I got some Mrs. Fields Peppermint Barks and added a cute red bow. It looks super cute and it was only 80 cents for each one!
Got a killer deal on Skylander sheets today. On sale for $20; Used the $5/20 Home coupon on Shopkick (expires today, 17th), 15% on the Cartwheel, .05 reusable bag & 5% off with the Red Card = $12.22!!
Comforters are on sale for $29. So bummed they were S/O but if others are interested use the same coupons listed above & you’ll get the price down to under $20 before tax. It’s kind of like a BoGo: the price combined for the sheets & comforter equal the regular price of the comforter.
very misleading post, items in the One Spot are not all $1.
But if you read the fine print of the cartwheels offer you will see it works on items $1-$3.
I used this today and got bouncing balls, tootsie rolls, stickers, pen, stylus for my husband for his kindle, modeling dough.
