I don’t feel too lucky – last month I NEVER got the newsletter at all – I also didn’t get the Pillsbury one from yesterday

I Am subscribed and I didn’t get yesterdays Pillsbury email either. Haven’t received today’s email either.

But I turned off all my email notifications from them – so I don’t get them anymore 🙁

Ugh! I *need* to change the email that’s registered. My yahoo mail always delivers these several hours after I see on Hip2Save that it’s available. Most of the time, it’s too late!
My mom uses hotmail & my aunt has gmail & they never get theirs either.

It won’t hurt to double check to see if they are in fact subscribed to get the email newsletter. Have them log on to their account, select “my account” then scroll down to “manage newsletters” and make sure they are subscribed 🙂

Interesting…I have always received their newsletters and freebie emails, however when I went into my account information I was no longer subscribed to their newsletter. I never unsubscribed to it so not exactly sure why I got unsubscribed, but that explains why I did not get the email about the free sample.
Hopefully, next month’s will come without incident. Dang, and I really wanted to try the chicken helper!

I got it. Thanks for the heads up. I had already looked at the email but did not notice the “freebie” because I was just perusing the recipes. Thank you Collin for letting me know so I went back through my trash and there it was. You are awesome.
Thanks for alerting me to this sample. I was only able to get the sample by clicking thru my email, not thru Collin’s link. Which is exactly what she wrote.
After entering my information and hitting submit, it looks like I am getting a blank screen that comes up but I guess because you’re near the bottom or middle of the page when you submit, the following page comes up in the middle also. You need to scroll up where it will say you’ll receive your sample in 4-6 weeks (something like that). Just thought I’d mention this as it may be what some of you are experiencing when you hit submit and think it comes up to a blank page.
Could not submit in any browser through the HIP2SAVE link. But then I tried clicking the link in the actual email they sent me and it went through without a problem.
I finally got my email (Gmail) just now at 12:15 PST. I was able to get the sample through that link. Thanks for the heads up, Collin! They really hide the sample link at the bottom of the email so I’m not sure I would have seen it after looking at the recipes.
The e-mail didn’t come to my gmail account, until nearly 1:30 CST. This was after I searched my gmail account and tried to enter from the link in this post. I just entered and it looks like I got in. So, no complaints from me.
Got my sample. My email(gmail) arrived at 2:09 CST, but the email says it was sent at 12:35 noon CST. Don’t know why there is a delay with gmail, I probably should have used another email service for this instead.
I got the email,went through the link,filled out everything and submit but it didn’t work.
Went through firefox with the link and finally got it to work 🙂
I still have not received my email. 🙁
