I have never price matched at Toysrus before from Amazon. How easy is it? Can I just show it on my phone to any cashier?
i price matched some things to amazon yesterday and it was so easy. he just looked on my phone. way easier than target. but it probably depends on who you get.
forgot to mention though… he said that if there were any promos going like bogo50% off or anything like that, the price match would void the sale. but idk about a gift card promo? anyone know if it will still produce the gift card after price matching??
I don’t think that it will. I had the $10 gift card coupon from Wendy’s wys $50, and it would not work since I had price matched. They said all promos, including coupons like that would be void when price matching.
Agree with Amy. I tried to take advantage of a $10 GC for $45 of Disney movies. I price-matched from Amazon and my total was $47! However, the refused to give me the gift card. They said you have to choose a deal. I also, tried using the Wendy’s coupon with price-matching, and have been denied!
Yup, just show them the item you want priced matched…just make sure it’s not an Amazon marketplace item.

They should be able to tell you before your transaction is complete. A few weeks ago, I did the deal where you get a $10 gift card for spending $40 on Disney Movies. I used the $7 planes dvd MQ which brought my total under $40 and I still received the gift card. It shows on their screen if you will get the gift card.
I am doing this deal all day, lol. YES if they do it correctly. I believe they have to hit total first otherwise coupons bring amount down before total. 3 out of 4 transactions worked. Going back later
I have used the Wendy’s $10 for $50 in combination with a Toys R Us coupon and a manufacturing coupon with no problem. The manu coupon is part of your payment and you should get the GC.

Unfortunately, no. Read comments above about experience other have had trying to do this.
I did use manufacturer coupons and 3 out of 4 times it worked. The 4th they must not have hit total before adding the coupons

The register prompts the gift card, and you can see on their screen that you will receive it before your transaction is complete.
Tips. First get your order up to $40, then ask or let him/her tell you if the Gift card was prompted. Then let them enter the transaction. The gift card will prompt in their system but you won’t get it until after they finished the transaction. You will get it after the transaction even though you used manufacturer or ToysRUs coupon.

It would be fraud to try it that way because of the marks on the coupon wont be same and they will be able to tell it was COPIED.
Actually if they are not using it, it’s extra as she mentioned and send her the copy, then its fine. Just like swapping or giving away coupons which isn’t technically supposed to be done but we do it ally he time.
i think what adri is saying is that its invalid when copied, there are marks on the coupon when it comes out the printer that dont show up when copied.

NO because the yellow dot markings will not show up correctly. I have had someone post before how they were scanning them and coping coupons say that there work printer stopped working and said those document can not be copied. lol. But its up to you. I was just giving info/ my opinion .
I would also caution against this because once you send someone a printable coupon, they could make hundreds of copies, but it would all come back to your IP address.

You can combine the $20 GC promo with the $10 GC coupon and the manufacturer coupon. I am not sure if the let you combine the $10 GC coupon with the 5/25 ToysRUs coupon. If you try, please let us know so we know how they work.

I went to get the wipe deal today and a lady who worked there told me you have to spend $60 for the $20 gift card. I wasn’t interested in fisher price toys b/c I have bought almost ALL in thier isle LOL, but I don’t know if she was wrong or Ohio has a different amount we have to spend?

Do you need to have a coupon for the $1 baby wipes? If you do can you get it from the in store flyer or will it need to be printed? Also, if I print more than one of the coupons will they all work or just one?
They have the coupon in their flyer you can use. Just ask for a sales ad at customer service. 🙂
You will need the coupon to get the sale price so definitely print it out. You only need 1 coupon to get the 4 tubs for $1 each.

Probably. I returned the 2 Disney Princess Toddler dolls and rebought them for the BOGO they have going and they didnt say anything just gave me the difference. As long as you’re in the 90 day return window I dont think they could do anything about it.

I went with my aunt to round out what she was planning in getting my girls. I had a $5 off $50 fisher price coupon (from my rewards), a $10 gc when you spend $50 from Wendys, then the promotion. Everything prompted fine and the total was $50.xx with tax and got $30 worth of gift cards back. I had a gift card so I paid with that and she is going to give me the cash. She was excited to get $50 worth of toys for $20 and I “made” $20 since she ia paying me. A win all around!

Here is the transaction that I just did: Laugh and learn singing puppy $25.98 -$10 MQ +Corn Popper $14.99 – $5 MQ =25.97+2.25tax Total: $28.22 and I did get the $20 gift card (hooray!) I saw a commercial for this promo on t.v. but it was no where to be found in the ad, so I wasn’t sure. But I stopped today to pick up the wipes that were on sale and there were signs up in front on most of the FP toys at my store, including Imaginext toys!

Our store didn’t have any sign up (buy $40 get $20 gc) so I went to guest services to ask and the promotion is active for today only. I got my fisher price toys for $31.xx and $20 gc. I used $10/1 Imaginext batman cave mfc. I’m done with my xmas shopping already…these are for up coming birthday presents.

I have been done shopping but thanks to this promo we got to get toys for Toys for Tots 🙂 There was no sign up but inquired and it showed up. Got 5 @ 7.99-9.99. You should be able to use the $10gc coupon from Wendy’s. They don’t do promo over promo but should be able to do promo + coupon(remember the Disney Planes Deal?). Insist that they scan because it’s a coupon deal. Good luck to anyone who is able to get that deal. I used my $10gc from Wendy’s coupon, paid $37 got back $20. Paying it forward by donating. Now my son can’t stop saying Toys for Tots:)

Anyone know if you take back the fisher price toy that gave you the $20 gc if they take the gift card back? I found coupons that would have saved me $14. I want to get that discount but I’m afraid they will take back the gc. I don’t know if TRU lets you take in your receipt and coupons to get the money back.
