Did it really take that long to receive your checks like they say 10-17 business days? Or was it faster?
Having a different address should count as a “new” customer. Also, as suggested before, try a different e-mail address and possibly use a different credit card.
Also, in the past, I have had a problem getting the order to go through online so I called and got the same deal and once it was even a little cheaper.
A new email address doesn’t work. I tried that. Spent quite some time looking for a new design, entering in all my info, etc etc. Used a new email address, hit submit, but no such luck… The system remembers your bank account number and routing numbers. That is how they keep track of new and return customers.
I have been ordering checks online for awhile between a couple different companies. Each time I order from the one I didn’t order from last time and that makes me a “new” customer… 🙂 Never had any problem with any of them and the prices are much better than any bank I’ve ever been with.

In this day of privacy and security, please be very careful of your personal information and who you give it to no matter how low the cost may be. Also be careful on how the checks are delivered. This is from someone who knows. I order checks directly through my bank ..and when I order….. I request the checks to be sent directly to the branch for pick up; not through the mail. I’m just saying….

Walmat.com has inexpensive checks. Pnc bank give you free checks if you have a checking acct with them.
